I won't compare it to The Bourne Identity (a cool movie in its own right), but The Bourne Supremacy was downright terrible and unwatchable. A few could-be-cool fight scenes tried to pull together gaping plot holes, mediocre acting and abysmal camera and editing direction. By now you know that the camerawork is shaky throughout, the ops focus at random objects in the screen (so everything is always blurry) and the editing is so fast and inane that you'll have trouble following the plot, much less a sequence of events in a fight scene. Take it from a television photographer, run, don't walk- away! Go watch Anchorman.
